Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

This is ridiculous. Airpods work with every App on my Mac or iPhone, except the Microsoft apps...
Also the experience with Excel is way worse on a Mac.
You just make the user experience deliberately worse for Windows software on Apple products.
This just deteriorates the image of Microsoft. So sad.
Amy - i feel your pain. I have tried to explain in my previous comments what you and the thousands of other uses face.
I have reached out to the Apple community to try and highlight the amount of users this is impacting.
Just an acknowlegement and a statement from either Microsoft or Apple would at least be something.
we wait...
Is there a microsoft representative on this community that can advise and explain to us all ?
I see lots of people with the same issue - but no technical explination OR any plan to fix.
I'm having the same problem with Teams and AirPods Pro
I'm using them paired with a MacbookPro, they work perfectly with other platforms (Apple and non Apple like Webinar software), but every time I use Teams the connection drops after some seconds.
During some tests I noticed that it is more stable by switching the Mic from Airpods to the internal Mic on the Macbook - this inside the MS Teams application.
But this is not necessary true every time. It seems that the more people are on the meeting (from 5, 6 persons up) the more problems the bluetooth connection have.
