I was in a rush, so I paid my tech support person to install. Several others who teach in my large district (6.5 hours daily on TEAMS, teaching virtually every minute) are using Macs and having no problems. Some of the others, though, had the same issue and have found solutions by themselves. One gal called the Apple Support line and they helped her for 30 minutes very carefully, then waited another 45 minutes for everything to update, and she has been fine. I just did not have the time to spend with Apple Support so I took the "pay the Pro" route. I had my old MacBook Pro for 11 years, so I am not ready to give up on this new one. I LOOOOVE a Mac.

    Hi All

I fixed the issue by signing out of all the Microsoft accounts, deleting all the MS software and running the clear MS tool. Then I downloaded the MS office suite rather than each individual program. Not sure if this is the best way to do do it but hey it worked for me. Good luck!

I have the same issue: I deleted, reinstalled, cleared the cache, everything, Teams is not running at all. For me, this means, my job will be gone very soon because Teams is the official app ... Why can't Microsoft just fix this for everyone, especially in this current situation with all the working from home?!
