Teams not working on Mac

Hi, i am trying to access teams on mac, it was working fine. However the last few times i restart my computer, it just displays a blank white screen with no message and it does not load any further. I have tried uninstalling and installing. 

Would someone be able to help with this

    I have tried everything suggested, but the only thing which seems to work is using Google chrome and pasting the invitation into the browser instead of clicking on the invitation to enter.

    It is one of those glitches that "self" fixes by stumbling onto something that works on the individual Mac.  Absolutely no input from Microsoft!

    Hi Scott,

    I think I've come across this display issue and resolved it by disabling GPU acceleration under Settings -> General There is a checkbox in there. I think I've only seen it on a couple of devices.

    The weird thing was that the issue also happened when the users tried to access Teams via Google Chrome and I had to disable GPU acceleration in Chrome as well.

    I have the same issue here. The display is garbled about 30% of the time.

    Current solution is to get my immediate team onto slack

    Agreed. This was my only work-around. But needless to say Teams is a broken application for me. Consistently unreliable. Zoom just works. Every time.  It's unfortunate because Zoom has their noteworthy security issues, so I'd prefer to use Teams...if it was reliable.   The other issue I'm having is that Teams stresses my shared int Wifi connection much more than Zoom. Does someone have a way to optimize Teams on my wifi so it works as well as Zoom? Essentially, I just need Teams to work as well as Zoom. If so, then I'll switch to Teams. 

    Help anyone?

    Hi Shawn, 

    How's it going? Has the Microsoft Team engineers found a solution? 

    There's a lot of evidence here that Teams is failing in MacOS... Causing a lot of problems and delaying a lot of projects.

    Surprised it's been allowed to go on so long. 

    Can you provide an update for the group of frustrated customers? 

    My teams is definitely not working, sounds very similar to the original post.
