Teams calls with WH-1000XM3

Hi all,

I have an issue with my headphones (WH-1000XM3) when having teams calls probably after the last team update to version 1.5.00.28361 as it was working fine before. The issue is that I cannot use the stereo setting when on call which provides the noise cancellation feature of my headphones. Please note that this feature works fine in all the other applications I am using including youtube, skype etc.

So here are my default settings which won't give me noise cancellation.

If I switch to stereo I only hear my voice. (cannot hear the rest that is in the call)

    Same for me. I though after the update, It'll be fixed :( but sadly, it's still there on win 11.

    The worst part is, the headphone works fine with other apps like ZOOM on the same win 11 laptop

    Did the issue got resolved for any one ?

    I got upgraded to 1.6.00.11166 (64-bit) version but still facing this issue.

    1000 XM3 headset when connected to laptop, everything is working as expected including Noise Cancellation. On other apps like ZOOM also, the headset working fine.

    But as soon as I start a Teams call, noise cancellation stops working and I can hear the "Ambient Sound".

    Any help would be appreciated to fix this issue :( It's driving me crazy now

    I just updated to 1.6.00.11166 and the problem is still present, at least on Windows 11 which I use.

    just one more update:

    Headphone's working as expected with Web version of Teams. So that confirms the issue with Teams app version
