i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    I think that is a safe bet!

    I think there was one clue earlier in this thread that does allow you to blur your background, which is to press

    control/shift/P.
