i am unable to get the background settings in microsoft teams

Dear Team ,

 I am using the latest Teams app in my windows 10 laptop. During the meeting for the video I am unable to get the background setting to select a background for my video. Request your help .

    Hi

    I used to have the background settings. It worked well. But it just disappeared.

    What should I do to have it again?

    Hi Roselyne I had been having issues. When I first installed Teams beginning of the year on my PC and laptop it worked perfectly and I could add my own background, then about June/July it played up no background options. I was then able to blur the background with  ctrl/****/P 

    Then in November after a Windowa10 update it all worked I could add backgrounds supplied. Then it played up to get it to work before I logged onto a meeting I run the program on my pc and the menu was there but unable to load custom backgrounds closed the program then logged onto the meeting with the link it worked and I could blur the background but am still unable to add custom backgrounds

    Please check if you can add custom backgrounds instead of the built-in ones during a meeting.

    Also note, .jpg file format isn't supported when adding a custom background. You need a .png image which is flipped, so that it looks proper and not flipped in the other direction.
