JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    I have the very same problem with my new JBL TUNE750BT. This seems to be Windows and not Teams problem. If one goes to Manage sound devices and tests Headset mode, the audio is distorted (robotic sound), even without starting Teams. So, the only option to use this Headphones on Windows lap top is Headphones mode which means an alternative for the Mic is needed because selecting Headphones for Speakers and Headset for Microphone can't work either. It's really disappointing.

    Hi,

    I have this issiue only with JBL T500BT.

    I'm using BOSE Soundlink II right now and they are working properly.

    Hello HBloise, issue is not limited with JBL branded earphones. All earphones without dongle are not working :(

    @Microsoft, we need your immediate help, anybody hear?

    Hi,

    I just wanted to share that i have found a run-around on how to make my TUNE 500BT work on MS Teams.

    i bought a USB BT Transmitter with 3.5mm jack.

    Plug the USB BT Transmitter on any USB port of your PC/LAPTOP/Power Bank for power.

    Plug the 3.5mm headset output jack of the laptop to the USB BT input 3.5mm jack.  Pair the BT Transmitter to your TUNE500.  Once paired, you will now be able to use it for MS Teams! :)

    By doing so, you will be able to hear audio coming-in the Headset (clearly without the robotic voice), downside is you will still be using the built-in Microphone of your laptop for outgoing voice.  But hey, i find this better than not being able to use my TUNE500 BT at all with MS Teams! :)
