You did it! Looks like they have changed it to make it a bit easier to stop.

I'm one of the people who had Windows 11 download itself without me telling it to do so. Now, it is ready for install. I do not want to install Windows 11 at this point. I want to keep my Windows 10.
I've paused it for 7 days, but this is a temporary solution. Can I delete the Windows 11 download somehow? I'm running Windows 10 on a brand new Dell computer.

There is no way to circumvent what Windows 11 will do to your older programs that you are running on Windows 10 (I assume that is what you have). Windows 11 is NOT compatible with a lot of programs.
The only way is to NOT let Windows 11 download on your computer.
Hello Lynn,
I have a hypothetical question. If down the line, I am going to be forced to upgrade and download Windows 11, will that new download of Windows 11 override the target version we set in the registry?
How do I cancel windows 11 on my windows 10 computer. I do not want windows 11.
legit the most useless suggestion ever, that doesnt do **** anything but remove it and start up again on next restart, when someone says get rid of the update, that doesnt mean delete a file that just returns on reset, READ THE POST BEFORE U POST ****
