Windows 11 Bluetooth no sound/microphone and crashing

My Bluetooth earphones have been working well all the time until I upgraded my laptop to Windows 11. The laptop shows my earphones are connected, but neither sound nor microphone works. The browser and Zoom crash every time I try to use Bluetooth earphones to listen to music or join meetings.

I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting Bluetooth earphones, turning on/off Bluetooth, resetting my earphones, restarting my laptop, and none of these resolves the issues of no sound/mic and crashing. I even bought a new pair of Bluetooth earphones, and it did not work either.

I think this is a bug in Windows 11. Am I the only one facing this issue? What exactly is going on with Windows 11 Bluetooth? And what else can I do now?

the problem is temporarily fixed by go to device manager -> sound, video and game controllers -> right click Intel (not) smart sound technology for bluetooth audio -> Uninstall device -> Attempt to remove the driver for this device -> uninstall. Click Action on the top nav bar -> scan for hardware changes and reconnect your bluetooth headsets

I have the same problem with JBL Live 500BT headphones. Win11 shows that headphones connected but doesn't use them for sound output or mic input. I have to disconnect and connect them again. Only in this stupid case Win11 starts use them.
But Win11 doesn't work with QCY-T5 in any scenarios.

Microsoft, when this bug be fixed?!

Same problem here, i have to reboot myc PC to get back my Sony WH-1000XM4 bluetooth device and it's really annoying, especially when you have multiple calls with Teams in one day. Obviously, previously no problem on Windows 10.

If i try to restart bluetooth services : bluetooth never come back, reboot.

If i try to delete bluetooth device : bluetooth crash, reboot.

If i try to disable device in device panel : MMC crash, bluetooth crash reboot

    Etc...

Nothing is working, crash/no response/reboot is always happening at the end, no solution.

Wake up Microsoft, a lot of people can't work. I don't understand how a functionnality that worked since many years on many previous OS versions can be broken with a new version, you don't rewrite kernel an all drivers at each iteration isn't it ? Please fix it.
