Window 11 taskbar auto-hide turning off

I switched to Windows 11 a few weeks ago, and ever since then, the taskbar auto-hide quits working when the computer comes out of Sleep mode. I have to be away from the computer for a while before it will happen, and I believe it has something to do with me running dual monitors. When I wake my computer, my secondary monitor appears to come up faster than my primary by just a fraction. Once my primary is on, there is a message saying something about the taskbar already being hidden (I think) and the taskbar on my primary monitor has the taskbar up. When I go to Taskbar Behaviors, 'Automatically hide the taskbar' is no longer checked. I'll select it again, and it will work fine until the system goes back into Sleep mode for a while, again.

    This issue has affected me before in the past and quietly resolved itself after a few weeks.

    Now, as of the past 3 days, the issue is arbitrarily back. The only updates in my update history newer than 2 weeks are definition updates, and I've not installed anything new besides a handful of games via the Xbox app.

    Teams has nothing to do with the graphics system. GPU manufacturer doesn't have anything to do with it either as different systems with both AMD and Nvidia GPU's both do it.

    Uninstalling Teams also fixed the issue for me.

    Teams is most definitely NOT my issue. It was the first thing I uninstalled when moving to Windows 11. Steps to recreate are simple for me:

    1. Open Windows 11 on my laptop while not attached to any external monitors
    2. See that the Autohide taskbar is enabled
    3. Plug my laptop into a dock attached to 2 external monitors
    4. Autohide has become disabled

    Microsoft teams seems to be the issue. After I uninstalled it, and removed it from my list of startup programs I'm no longer having issues with the taskbar. And I have a desktop with three displays.

    So that's it Microsoft teams is/was the problem. At least it was for me I hope the same works for you.
