Windows 10 import picture's and videos not detecting correct android pictures!!

Hello, when I use windows 10 explorer's import pictures and videos on my galaxy s8, the import wizard shows up but they all have the wrong photo which is different from whats showing within android. For some reason, the import pictures and video wizard doesn't detect more than 4k files even thought I have alot more than 4k files. Also, even though the folder to where the pictures/videos are being imported to is empty, windows still shows this error:

how do i fix/reset windows 10 explorer's import pictures and videos ? Thank you

    the files are created *only* when the Import wizard is running.

    OK and what does this file or files with the names having "acq????.tmp.???" do exactly ? what is it's function ?

    Not every file. Only the files that start with "acq" and have the following pattern:

    • acq????.tmp.???

    The mentioned files are hidden by default.

    These are the only files within my temporary folder

    The import wizard writes to the temp folder, then renames the temp file (adds the file extension) and copies it to your chosen location -- e.g., Pictures.

    I see so should I delete everything within the temporary folder?
