THIS is the answer! I did the previous suggestion (disabling handsfree telephony) but it didn't work. Good to know my computer's blue tooth runs through the wired/wifi antenna. Props and thanks!

I am beyond frustrated, i spent good money on a brand new PC only for my bluetooth devices to not work, none of them. The audio is choppy, think of a bad cd skipping, that's what my Bluetooth audio sounds like all the time! It is not my bluetooth devices that are the issue, i tested it out with my iphone/ps4/etc. and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine, its windows 11 for a fact. I've tried updating the bluetooth driver, uninstalling it, among many other things and nothing has fixed it. I even had the best buy customer service team try to fix it, they took control over my pc remotely and still no fix. I have been unable to use my bluetooth speakers, headset, etc since i bought the PC (months!!). And i've done plenty of online searching and it seems like a lot of people have this issue, why has this not been reolved yet? What is the fix?

2024-05-29T23:52:46+00:00 I got it working as well finally. All I had to do was plug in (screw in?) the damn WiFi antenna that comes with the motherboard - there's two gold plated threaded sockets on the rear IO panel of the motherboard)
it was lying inside my motherboard box as-is. It was not until someone here stated that the WiFi antenna is ALSO the Bluetooth antenna. I wouldn't have figured it out and continued to think I don't need that extra antenna since my WiFi was working fine out of the box without the antenna. Thanks everyone!

I just built a new pc and suddenly my Bluetooth was so leggy, i noticed with my headset since that's what i use and then i tried some other Bluetooth things like a mouse and same problem. As soon as I plugged in my old WIFI/Bluetooth antennas everything worked no problem. Thanks You!

2024-05-05T03:14:01+00:00 Omg ... i tried everyway i can think off for weeks . in the end ... its indeed antennas not connected @ motherboard . Always connect via lan cable , so my antenna were still chucked inside my MB box . THANKS !
