Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

a temporary solution which I found on another forum, which I tried for my TOZO earbuds and solved my problem.

"NOTE: The sound quality is bad and sometimes you should do it many times until it works but if you don't have any other way try this.

    1. Right-click on "This PC" and click "manage".
    2. Click "Device Manager" open "Bluetooth" list.
    3. Disable "Haylou-GT1 Avrcp Transport" and "Haylou-GT1".
    4. Turn off the bluetooth and then turn it on again.
    5. Now enable only "Haylou-GT1".
    6. You should find Haylou-GT1-Hands-free in the volume select it and it will work."

Now this is just extremly embarassing for Microsoft. Windows 11 is ****. It comes with so many bugs and issues - Such as this one. It's purely Microsofts fault and they don't even bother ADRESSING this bug. It has been a thing for almost a year now and It makes me regret buying a windows device. Now I can't use my headphones with my new laptop.

    Fix your stuff, Microsoft

Hi...I have a similar problem to my wireless Bluetooth earbuds. I try to using them (I have 2 device from Oppo and Huawei) but none of them working right now. This issue came along with the new update of Windows 11 update. Been trying so many option on the web but the Bluetooth issue is still there (either no sounds or lagging). Does anyone facing this kind problem too? Why Microsoft make a new update and came along with a Bluetooth issue??

I am also having the same problem with my Tozo 12's. They worked fine b/f upgrade to 11. They still work fine with my phone. They sound like they connect, they show they are connected, and yet no sound comes through. It sounds like this issue has not been fixed by Tozo or Microsoft yet? Hope it is fixed soon. Interestingly, I have another headset that took some work, but it is now working fine with the upgrade, but Tozo12 still does not work.
