I just re-opened the case with Dell having given them several months to resolve this as promised. I wrote a Tech Support Manager as shown below. Please understand I do not post a solution here because (a) I am tired of seeing these types of issues go unresolved when folks at Dell/Microsoft should be reaching out to smart people (I dare say, like myself). (b) I endlessly get paid nothing for doing everyone else's work at Dell/Microsoft, (c) Karen Quintos should be made aware so that action can be taken (I have successfully prodded CEOs at other companies who care about quality and are grateful for what I do - and I do so without compensation) (d) I can no longer afford to do this freely and deserve to be paid modestly, (e) the solution has a small amount of risk that should be owned by Dell and Microsoft not me. I personally think the risk is close to zero but I do not want to take that risk -- again Microsoft should own it.

Hello (*****), This is in regards to Case# 1900***** -- please reopenand forward to Karen Quintos, Dell's Chief Customer Officer. This is affecting a lot of computers and I am happy to offer my services for a modest fee as I spent an incredible amount of time doing the job that Microsoft and Dell should have done. But really, this should be done by Microsoft and Dell working together.
Please reference the following links:[1] https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/inspiron-desktops/cannot-turn-on-memory-integrity/6663fa3f9d31ec38a7cdbaba[2] https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-will-not-show-incompatible-drivers/b059f22e-95b7-410f-a922-59313ff75c6aI have blind copied Scott Hanselman of Microsoft as he is mentioned in [1] and perhaps he will offer to post a solution. He strikes me as someone who enjoys challenges and he did a superb job describing system integrity. However, he gets paidto do that at Microsoft whereas I get dismissive responses to a problem he did not address.Blessings,Harry Stein (Former Top Thumbtack Pro in USA; Systems/Network/Performance and Security Forensics and Support Engineer)
