Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

    Load Micro Mahjong on your computer then open Solitaire through Mahjong. Do not worked for me..

    It may have work if Mahjong was not already installed. In my case, I was using both and they are both suspended waiting for a more definitive solution,from Microsoft.

    I have downloaded Mahjong and used that to play solitaire,i have also pinned it to the task bar and it works and kept all my scores. GREAT. Thank's
