Why is Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games not opening up the last few days. I even reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still will not open.

I am unable to open Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games the last few days. First it was telling me there was no internet connection when there was. Then it just stopped opening up.

I first did and trouble shoot and fix on Microsoft Store.

I ended up having to Reset the Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games - losing all my years of scores and challenges.

Still not working.

Day 4. Gave up and Uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games and Reinstalled. Still not working.

I pay for a premium subscription for a game I cannot even play.

Any ideas what is wrong?

    It worked and is still working after I shut down my laptop then started it again. I am hopeful that it will work tomorrow and beyond. Thank you.

    Tekkie Boy, you're a star! I downloaded Mahjong and accessed Solitaire collection from there. It worked a treat and after restarting my computer can now load the solitaire collection as normal. Brilliant I hope it lasts. Thank you.

    You are probably too good for the game!

    Seems that some idiots took control and throw out concurrence!

    I am using this game by paying premium membership!

    I am really in bad mood about this interruption!
