People with this card probably experience disconnection and disappearance of wifi emblems on windows 11, and this is a software problem, yet there is only lenovo that has posted the new version of the software: https://support.lenovo.com/ht/fr/downloads/ds552327-mediatek-mt7921-wireless-lan-driver-for-windows-10-version-2004-or-later-thinkpad-l14-gen-2-types-20x5-20x6-l15-gen-2-types-20x7-20x8, why microsoft and other organizations have not done the same?

Thanks for the response emily ,So if I understand correctly, microsoft can't do anything about this problem? and also I posted a link above but in reality lenovo doesn't have a new version of the software either, it's just the same as the one I had, so I'm forced to reboot my device every 30 minutes.

Drivers are not created by Microsoft, but are created by t hardware manufacturers. Each hardware manufacturer then can distribute their drivers to computer manufactuers to be listed. They can also publish their driver to Microsoft via Windows updates (In case you are interested in learning more about this process, Microsoft has an article here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardw...)
With that being said, Microsoft is in a passive mode here since they cannot just come up with the drivers themselves. Normally it makes better sense for computer manufacturers to keep up with these drivers. That's also why computers these days have preinstalled software from manufacturers to make sure drivers are up to date, instead of relying on Windows. I believe Lenovo is the Vantage app.
Mediatek MT7921 just another issue with my Lenovo laptop. I had trouble with the Realtek card as well. Sent it in to repair under warranty and they replaced with the Mediatek. Now the Mediatek card is posting error reports in Windows and the network troubleshooter indicates a potential problem but not specific. I just feel PC makers use cheaper quality Wifi cards in some laptops to save money. But I have also noticed a lot more WiFi issues as we transition into multiple bands for WiFi. Seems like everything either uses WIFI or Bluetooth. I would bet you can look up any wireless hardware and find complaints about connections.
The other issue is that many laptops have whitelisted hardware in bios so you may be limited to certain hardware. You can't always just replace a WiFi card with another brand and expect it to work. I am considering a external USB WiFi adaptor to use until my warranty is up and then trading off this laptop for something better.
i had the same problem but fixed it i just uninstalled all the windows update except the security ones then just paused updates you will have to wait for a newer version of the driver so meanwhile just use old version of your windows as its compatible

You are welcome. That's correct, there's no way Microsoft can provide a better driver than this one you quoted. The one from Lenovo is actually very new.
From Lenovo's website, you can try a slightly older version, and see if it works better. Sometimes an older version can be more stable than the latest version.
If that sitll doesn't seem to fix the issue, make sure you have BIOS and chipset all updated too. If you are already on the latest version, you can reinstall them manually from Lenovo to override the current install.
