Has anybody been able to configure Windows Fax and Scan, so that they can send faxes free using Microsoft 365 Word?

    Thanks for the reply but I have done that, but it still requires a phone line. I wanted the old Fax driver that needed no phone line or additional Fax service.

    The set up ask for a fax modem, or fax server. I have HP 8020e printer with fax capability.

    How do I send a fax from my laptop to the printer to send a fax or does Microsoft offer cloud fax server?

    Hello,

    I do not see the option "Optional Features" "View Features" or any of these options after going to settings page.

    Please assist, I am running Windows 11 and need the fax feature.
