Has anybody been able to configure Windows Fax and Scan, so that they can send faxes free using Microsoft 365 Word?

    Something missing here.

    I thought it was in fact possible to seend free faxes without a phone line, but you are saying here on this occasion, referencing what I have previously written, that no this is indeed not possible.

    No problems with the installation of Windows Fax and Scan, but my question was and is how do I configure it please?

    Settings > Apps > Type OPTIONAL FEATURES in the search box to get to that page.

    Then you will see the ADD AN OPTIONAL FEATURE where you can scroll down to find the Windows Fax and Scan feature to add.

    I cannot set up Fax for Windows 11. In Settings >Applications >Optional Features page not shown (missing).

    Hi!

    I have Windows 11 but when I go to WINDOWS/SETTINGS I don't see APPLICATIONS but APPS and there is no ADDITIONAL FEATURE option. I am trying to fax from within Word.

    Any ideas?
