My Windows 11 laptop will no longer connect to Wi-Fi. It says "You're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test." I have restarted my laptop and rebooted the modem, neither worked. Any help on what to do next?

If most methods fail, you may need to consider performing a Reset this PC with Keep my files option.

Have you tried the suggested methods in the link in my first reply? When was the last time it worked properly? Have you made any changes recently?
