What do you do after you open this. Not sure how this helps down load my Epson driver siftware
My windows 11 will not let me download a printer driver. And does not have a choose where to get app in advanced settings

I just purchased a new printer. I keep trying to download driver but windows will not let me open.
I youtubed several videos on how to fix or allow the driver to be downloaded but my computer does not even have the option available! so I do not know what to do.

I'm not Diana, but I'm having a similar problem. Trying to install software for a new printer. A pop-up window appears, telling me to go to the windows app store.
I have Windows 11 Home in S Mode.
The printer is a Brother inkjet MFC-J model.
According to their website, it is compatible with Windows 11, but does not specify S mode.

2024-06-25T00:41:57+00:00 I am having the same problem. I am not in S mode. Brother says that if it's not a third party antivirus program blocking (it's not - I don't have one), then it's a problem with the Windows registry. Suggestions?
