I just got a new laptop that has Windows 11 as its OS. It has Bluetooth settings, but when I check it, I don't see any way to pair my hearing aids to it.
They sync to my iPhone and iPad.
Is there a way to add them so I can use them when I'm using the computer so I don't disturb others in the room?

"Selected" mac computers because m chips mac computers are becoming closer to be just bigger versions of iphones and ipads. So it is just a continuation of "made for iphones" hearing aids working at first with iphones only, then ipads and then quasi-ipads with m chips inside.
But notice that the word "Bluetooth" is NOT on the web page at all.
Therefore it is not "bluetooth", but the proprietary apple protocol.
Hi, go back to page 3 of this chain & read my March 13 entry, still waiting on the update to W11 from MS.
If your hearing aids are TRUE bluetooth devices, then it will be listed front and center in the manual.
Just because it pairs with your cell phone, doesn't mean that they are bluetooth devices. The detailed explanation is the second post on page 1.
In most cases, hearing aids are not actually bluetooth devices. You have to buy a "bridge" device from your hearing aids manufacturer (such as the one listed on page 4).
Ask your audiologist for more information.

thanx Joe, correct, my hearing aids by Oticon offer a bridge device for approximately $200 which will make the hearing aids more blue tooth able... jeff
