Can Hearing aids that are Bluetooth capable be used on a Windows 11 laptop?

I just got a new laptop that has Windows 11 as its OS. It has Bluetooth settings, but when I check it, I don't see any way to pair my hearing aids to it.
They sync to my iPhone and iPad.
Is there a way to add them so I can use them when I'm using the computer so I don't disturb others in the room?

2024-05-07T22:53:12+00:00 Hi, I just got a new phone this past week (s24 ultra) had a couple of problems getting the new phone to hookup correctly to bluetooth but that's fixed, while I was at my Hear USA dealer I talked to her about the Signia Bridging device pictured above. I was told the following:
- it is NOT COVERED by any insurance of any kind.
- it costs $300.
- And while it works it's not worth it.

2024-04-14T00:31:40+00:00 As I clearly explained on page 1 that it is an US law (FCC regulation) that forced hearing aids companies to make hearing aids compatible with mobile phones. Otherwise it is a proprietary wireless protocol so that hearing aids companies can sell you a "bridge" device for an extra $200 in order to connect to a computer or a tv.
