All of my USB devices randomly disconnect and will sometimes reconnect on their own in 10-20 seconds. Other times when they do not reconnect I have to completely restart the PC to get devices back working. I have tried uninstalling drivers for the USB roothubs and devices with no luck of a fix. I have not seen this issue addressed elsewhere or corrected. Other instances have not been similar to mine and this issue was non existent before upgrading to Win11. I even did a repair install of Win11 with no luck either. Any help or fixes would be greatly appreciated.

I installed "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility" and in "Advanced Tuning" section, I changed the 1st and 2nd core from x58 to x56. The power is not more change.
The "Active Core" 1 and 2 change automatically together
funny you mentioned, I got a ROG Strix B550, you reckon it's an Asus driver thing?
Another thing I noticed is when I got an EVGA rtx 3080. I think some one else said they had a rog strix 3080. Is that causing problems?
I am having a similar issue although this is just affecting my mouse. At random times, even while actively using my computer, the mouse pointer will either freeze or vanish on the screen. The mouse will work again if I remove and reinsert the USB plug into the USB port or go into Device Manager and remove the mouse (and select uninstall driver) under Human Interface Devices. Plugging the mouse directly into the motherboard USB port doesn't seem to help (as opposed to plugging it into a USB hub).
Checking the Windows System log, I see the following info:
Driver exit RTD3.
All the connected devices will now cause DeviceConnected events.
The system session has transitioned from 10 to 12.
Reason InputAccelerometer
BootId: 30
These events line up with the time that the mouse stops working.
Hopefully, this points to the cause of the mouse not working.
Update:
Still no disconnects since my last post. I am really starting to think it was my HyperX Haste 1 mouse at fault. I might switch back to see if the issue will reappear. If that will happen, than that is a strong indicator it was a hardware issue caused by that mouse [at least in my case].
If anyone else can confirm that a USB device [try to remember what new USB device you started using before these issues appeared] causes these issues, then I think we got a resolution, or at least a strong lead to fixing this wretched issue.
it might be the mouse. i have a razer basilix v3 pro mouse and razer black widow v4 keyboard. i saw a video where it said to delete root hub of usb in device manager then restart your pc as windows will reinstall it automatically. a second option which i did was disable usb legacy mode in bios. i still have disconnection problems but its less frequent. The last option is to turn pcie from auto to pcie 3 in bios. (Just a note, I only get disconnects when playing games such as Minecraft and elite dangerous.) i did get the mouse and keyboard around Christmas 2023 and the issues started around July for me.
