The power & battery settings won't open when going to Settings >System > power & battery. The same thing happens when I right click the battery icon (power & sleep settings) in the sys tray.

2023-12-23T00:24:07+00:00 I have the same problem. Once I click on the "Power and Battery" tab ......Setting closes down.
Also update to 23H2 fails after installing 75%

sometimes it just wont
i tried safemode unfortunately it crashes the settings app when i open power&battery
its really annoying -
