The power & battery settings won't open when going to Settings >System > power & battery. The same thing happens when I right click the battery icon (power & sleep settings) in the sys tray.

My PC is 3 years old It is DELL. When I leave my PC on from few minutes, When I come back, it turns off by itself, Then I have to shut it off completely then turn it on again. This is happening only few days ago and still happening. It is very annoying me. PLEASE HELP. What I need to do. Thanks. my e mail is ******@yahoo.com
Works for me here.
Translation: Turn on Sensor Service again in Services. This instantly corrects the situation. A new update has disabled this service for some stupid reason. Enjoy!

Either from task bar battery icon or from settings app Power & battery won't open. A window appears briefly then disappears.
