Doesn't seem to cause any real issues though.

• The problem is that Microsoft spreads its malware like the "Game Bar", "Hello For Business", failing to install drivers and etc.
  These malware keeps trying to reinstall itself dozens of times for no benefit to the User and its PC.
  Microsoft gives us no option to stop that.
  In some applications interrupts for the unstoppable Microsoft Malware installation attempts causing serious issues.
  Microsoft malware just keeps coming regardless.

It will be great if Microsoft will get a habit to DEPRECATE its malware before it hits the our PC's.

you, and everyone else in here with freezes/BSoD/etc issues, have hardware issues - there is literally nothing about THIS issue that has ANYthing to do with hang ups or BSoD or anything else. It's a service attempting to use a url, and url doesn't work - this does not cause instability.

you have a different problem. If a fresh install is just the same as one you had for a while - its hardware and/or drivers.

You apparently missed the post from just a few days before yours saying "I can't believe all the misinformation" and berates all these related posts saying that reinstalling Win 10 or installing Win 11 won't solve the problem.

One of the MS engineer asked me to reset the machine keeping my files intact. I did it and my issue just got upgraded to BSOD (happened twice post the reset. And the system hang still happens). Kudos to Microsoft help.
