Since updating Windows 11 on my laptop, my Epson printer will not print, but laptop can find printer. Documents print from my mobile so I know it is not the printer. Drivers up to date on printer; no pending Windows updates.

Printer shows offline. It does not show up in setting. I tried to uninstall the software and when it tried it didn't finish because it could not uninstall the driver. I settings it seems to just show an unknown device with no driver. Looks like the update discarded the printer driver
Most of us have had the problem for months, so turning on and off is not the solution. Personally, I reinstalled printer drivers several times.

Had this same issue last week with my Epson FX-2190II and my issued turned out to be a windows security update (KB5039211). Once removed all was good again.
