My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

    I have the same issue.

I am so fed up with Microsoft not addressing issues. We spend a fortune and get no service. I contacted them some time ago about my MS 365 issue that I keep getting asked to sign in to my old teaching account when using Word/Excel though I purchased my own copy years ago.

Many of us have no choice but to use USB. On this issue they have no consideration for the environment. What a waste of paper and ink.

So fed up that I will look at a Chromebook next time I upgrade my kit.

Microsoft you are awful! I know you will probably ignore this message.

Yes, a Windows 11 Pro problem, it started a couple of weeks ago when I allowed an OS update and my Epson WF printer was no longer connected via wifi. Now having to connect via USB and getting the above problem. All forums point to Windows as the issue

Glad it worked for you. WiFi seems to be the only solution right now, I've had no problems since I unplugged the USB completely, removed all software for the printer and reinstalled it using the "WiFi only" option. I note some have tried this and it didn't work, it may be super-important that the WiFi only option is selected to stop it even looking for the USB but, honestly, I don't know. My Brother printer is working perfectly since I followed the Wifi only option, so I've stopped investigating for another solution.

I finally had to setup as WiFi and it so far has been okay, but hopefully Microsoft will have an update to fix the USB issue
