My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

Thanks, Coms C. That looked promising, but, unfortunately, didn't work for me on my Epson. Reverting to Wi-Fi.

I take it that worked on your Brother?

I have the same issue and tried every suggestion and have just had my Epson ET-2720 replaced with

Epson-2820 because of another issue. Why can't Microsoft fix this, or don't you want customers?

I am sick and tired of the lame solutions being offered from the 'non-support' area of Microsoft.

As others have said, switching your printer to Wi-Fi appears the only way to solve the problem. If, as you say, your printer can't connect to Wi-Fi, try pressing the "cancel print" button on the front of your printer (if it has one) every time your printer wakes up. I'm afraid that's all I have to offer until Microsoft issue a fix.

Robert, I gave up trying to make my printer work with the USB cable. Good luck with getting a fix for it from Windows.
