speaker tested on laptop, speaker functional,

speaker tested on desktop, distorted scrambled sounds when volume increased without audio file played.

headset tested on front port of desktop, distorted sounds

headset tested on laptop, functional.

youtube music audio file tested on desktop with speaker: speaker does not produce music, only distorted sounds unrelated to music file playing

distorted sounds are similar to static sounds

IntcAzAudAddService is not started means check in service.msc application, make audio related services startup type to automatic.

Also check this service IntcAzAudAddService is started, make start up type as automatic

    Ethernet Cable removed

    I uninstalled the existing driver from Device Manager (driver tab, uninstall device, attempt to remove the driver for this device, uninstall) , restarted, verified, drivers appearing, uninstalled, drivers appearing, uninstalled, drivers always appeared, then used the 6.0.9694.1 install file,

    Install initiated, Uninstalled previous driver and restarted, repeats, restarts, repeats. Chose option cancel restart, closed window. Device manager, sound, video and game controllers, realtek audio, properties, driver tab, driver date 12/8/2020, driver 6.0.9079.1

    an APO (audio processing objects) tab is in Device Manager, realtek audio effects component listed, driver 13.0.6000.1167, 1/23/2024.

    Uninstall existing audio drivers and restart windows, and then install this 6.0.9694.1 driver

    Realtek Universal Audio Drivers (UAD) 6.0.9694.1. WHQL Asus/MSI (necacom.net)
