    Hi All,

I have Asus Zenbook and have same problems after updating Realtek Driver.

After many try and error steps, my resolution very simple. Just uninstall Realtek Audio Console application and then restart Laptop. Problems gone. I think Realtek Audio Console app conflicts with Windows audio driver.

    HTH,

    Hafid

I have read it, but I cannot help with your problem. My problem is on an ACER desktop system, not a Dell laptop with a USB audio driver. I am also running Windows Insider Canary versions of Windows, and it is more than likely my problem is related to Windows. Unfortunately, component manufacturers are very slow to address any driver problems, simply hoping users will eventually purchase a new system which will solve their problem.

You could always try a full format and fresh install, but that is not feasible for many users as you will have to do a full backup and then reinstall all apps and programs and restore your data. It is time-consuming and still not a guarantee to solve the problem.

By the way... 'not confirmed 65118.crdownload' is simply the name of an incomplete download. The crdownload extension will be replaced when the download has completed.

    Hello Community!

I have got a Fujitsu laptop with the following processor: AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5875U with Radeon Graphics.

    My Audio Controllers are:

    • AMD Audio Device
    • AMD High Definition Audio Device
    • Realtek(R) Audio

Audio output does not work anymore in any way since the laptop was updated from 23H2 to 24H2, it says no audio output device was found.

All troubleshooting, driver updating, etc. did not help at all.

Has anyone a hint for this hardware configuration?

    Thanks and many regards,

    Jörg
