I have been trying all the method online and youtube with the trick and im already try to use windows download support try to redownload my windows 11 but its aint working and troubleshooting its not working too

i just download all of that its still does show the setting but i can change the brightness with my keybroad

Install the VGA, Chipset, and DPTF drivers.

oh and my laptop just got black screen like its froze for 3sec and i just goes black
and i cant do anything so i have to hold power button to shut it down
