I have been trying all the method online and youtube with the trick and im already try to use windows download support try to redownload my windows 11 but its aint working and troubleshooting its not working too 

any suggestion will help a lot thanks

    It's most likely a display driver issue. Can you please install the latest device drivers from the device manufacturer's site and try again?

    Do you mean this happens for newly installed apps? I've posted a GitHub link to a script that resets the icon cache. Please check that out.

    Another option is to create a new user account. If necessary, you can clean install Windows using USB.
