How do I talk to a person about my account

I cannot receive emails.  Went to renew account and must of done something else because it says it expired.  Please help to get service again for Outlook for my msn. email

My microsoft office says my account has expired.  It not schedule to expire until Iune 2021.

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services to check on subscriptions. See if the expiration happens when you think it does.

i cant get into an old account and there isnt enough information to recover said account i need help from a human

It's an email account you can't get into? (outlook.com, Hotmail, msn, etc.) 

Is this an old account that you might have, at some point, not signed in to 

for a year/365 days?
