    You claim that it is an optional update, but I would like to point out that with Windows 10 it is not possible to exclude and / or choose updates, so when a user finds an update to be made it is very likely that he would consider it necessary.

    Now it is the case that this policy changes and changes quickly, there is the need to be able to selectively manage the installation of updates.

    Companies cannot find themselves in the overworked IT department and at the same time cannot be testers themselves on behalf of Microsoft.

    I've tried to install this update a couple of times but it caused some boot issues. Is anyone else having trouble with it?

    On one pc I got the optional update kb4535006, installed without any issues before or after, but on another pc running 1909 it was not

    offered in WU, so I tried to download it from the update catalog and it only shows for 1903; is this the same for both ?
