Harman Kardon Invoke Setup Failure

Hello

I've owned my Harman/Kardon Invoke speaker for almost 3 years now, and haven't had an issue with it until now.

It stopped working suddenly, and when I tried to reset it (by holding the mute button for 5 seconds) the speaker never finishes setting up. The Cortana device setup app says it's ready to go, but the speaker itself never says so, the light just keeps slowly blinking forever.

I've tried using different WIFI networks, re-installing the setup app, trying the setup on my phone, and I've even made sure all my software is up to date. I have a theory that the device can never be linked to my account for some reason, since it never shows up in the "My Devices" panel in my Cortana app.

If anyone has a solution to this, it would be much appreciated!

I accidentally re-set my invoke. There is no longer an Android or iOS app, when I use the Microsoft Store app, it only has a setup for Surface headphones. I really loved having such a good quality speaker with Bluetooth functionality. Alias, it seems Microsoft has abandoned another consumer product, but the lack of communication is infuriating.

Try resetting by pressing the button in the pinhole on back of thr speaker. I had the same issues. But i now got it working... See my other post in this forum.

Try removing the To Do, on PC and Mobile. So it syncs reminders through outlook instead of To Do. I think To Do can't do location based reminders. Also in the Cortana notebook go to lists and To Do is there anyway.
