2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

I had this problem too and I've tried all those methods in this forum and another source that I've found but this problem still happens.
I've got the same case as Alfianap (when I playing games), even I re-installed my Windows and my games too but this problem still happens.
I really frustrated with this problem, please any of you know how to fix this problem?

I don't know if this will help but for my case, it would happen only when I played games and I think it has something to do with the temperature too.

Why would you think a volunteer here would help you when you insult them by suggesting they only "copy paste" answers. If I paste an answer it's one that I wrote and has worked for thousands of others. I also write tutorials that are used by millions of people - are these "copy pasted?"
I have nothing else on this. I suggest everyone continue to post feedback in the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu to build momentum for the issue. I have it on my list of issues to escalate, but it is a long list.
I have try all the methods that you gave, no one succes. my laptop still "locking" when i play games (in my case just playing games) it happen after i update bios and windows to 2004. We all here just needs some solution from you, i totally guaranteed is not about hardware issue, is software issue. please give me some solution, not just copy paste answer.
