2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

What is the exact problem now?
Is the PC still within a year of purchase so you can get help from the manufacturer's Support under warranty? Also check the Support site to see if there are any known issues, including battery.
Did you try turning off all Power Options as suggested? Right click Start button to open Power Options, set all values to Never, then open Additional Power Settings, change Plan settings, change Hard drive and Hibernate to Never, too.
If that doesn't help, try changing the Power Plan, set it to defaults:

for your question, no I didnt remove the battery, I did try but it didn't work for me,
so I remember that before updating windows I updated the bios too, and I played games only after updating windows, I searched why it was taking too long to charge and found out an answer saying that when we update bios and it happens then one should recalibrate the battery meaning completely discharging( including the capacitor ) and then again charging it to 100%, and now after that, the laptop is working really good at least for now, I will provide an update if everything runs fine for a week. Again thank you for your help.
You removed the battery and are using the charger and it works correctly?
