Windows locking into sleep mode

2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,

randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) , 

screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode 

and then i have to turn it on again 

this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build 

what do i do ?

Hey guys

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies

Basically,

Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery

Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in

I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

    I ended up refunding the laptop and put the money into a desktop. 3600 and 2070 super. Best decision of my life the laptop made me want to throw it out the window everytime I got on it.

    same issue, 

    ASUS GL502VM here, 2016 model.

    infact i tried downgrading the BIOS, din help much.
