2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

Even i have the same issue, can any one got solution. Tried everything in this thread.
Dude.. we can’t see inside your computer.. The problem seems to be your battery is flat.
Its either (in order of probability)
If the battery is faulty (not shorted out) the laptop would generally work on the charger.. So in most cases this seems to be a charger issue or your just dopey like me and let the battery go flat and did not realise 😂.
If the battery is shorted out then removing it may help, if its an external battery.. if its wired into the laptop you need some know how to start messing with it. If the battery had shorted out it could also damage the charger. If it’s partially shorted and just sucking power then it may take too much from the charger and leave not enough to boot the thing up again, in that case removing it would let it boot up most of the time. At least so you know to replace the battery.
I don’t know 100% but i would assume the laptop has a charging circuit inside, that could also cause power issues. I dont think that’s likley or common though.
Check your laptops battery condition.. If it is not working then remove the battery.. In my case my laptop battery was not working so I removed the battery and it is working fine now
