They just continue to call.
Leave messages when I don't answer..
Amazing how often they change the number..
It is landline.. My cell warns me of scam calls.

I also received a call from "Microsoft Refund Dept.". Since I didn't pick up they left a computer generated message stating her name as Kathy Jackson from tech support and to call 877 721 7434. for my refund. The reason I am posting this is I wanted to see if anyone else received such messages. Imagine my surprise when I realized the first comment about this subject was posted 2013!!! That was five years ago. Five years of people being scammed, losing money and whatever else. How could this still be happening without them being stopped? And the first one I saw was from the Netherlands, meaning this is an international scam. AND it was on this site. Doesn't anyone at Microsoft oversee their own site?

2019-01-29T04:33:09+00:00 Suggestion: I am assuming it is a landline. Most carriers allow you to block a small number of calls for free. If she has already used up her allowance, delete the oldest one and add this one. Hope this works for you.

2019-01-23T18:43:52+00:00 Ive been receiving calls about a microsoft refund. So I finally called 800 number. Was told I have a $299.00 refund and to log on to computer. Told him no, I believe this is a scam. Was told I wouldn't have a Microsoft account. I hung up, he xacall me back three times. Again told him I think this is a scam.

2019-01-21T22:36:40+00:00 I know you can't stop these people, but I just wanted to vent, since I get so many calls from them. I block them each time, but they just use another number!
