Same here, ended up having to hold down Shift key as I clicked Restart from the power icon in corner of log in screen. Then selected Reset PC/keep personal files.
Your PIN is no longer available
I am unable to login into my computer (windows 10). I get the message “your pin is no longer available due to a change the security settings on this device. You can set up your pin again by going to settings/accounts/siding options.” There are no other options for signing in. Does anyone know what to do to login?

2019-08-07T06:18:14+00:00 How can I reset/restore my surface pro if it kept asking for my password that doesnt work anymore? Seems like all the options in the shift and reset method requires passwords as well. I am currently stuck with no way to access my laptop.
