The receiver only works specifically on that keyboard and mouse combo. Getting the receiver replaced might not be possible. Check with our Microsoft Store support team regarding your concern. Use this article.

2019-02-27T18:19:29+00:00 Hey we have a Sculpt ergonomic desktop ensemble and we have lost the USB plug. My daughter has the same system in logitec and when we lost the USB there was an app we could download and then we were able usr the products. This was possible due to bluetooth technology.
Does Microsoft have the same sort of back up to assist end-users.
