The receiver only works specifically on that keyboard and mouse combo. Getting the receiver replaced might not be possible. Check with our Microsoft Store support team regarding your concern. Use this article.

2019-11-09T02:48:19+00:00 My dongle broke and I took it to and electronic repair shop to get it fixed and it only was $15. Depending on the damage of your dongle you might be able to do the same. The place I took it to in Montreal is Yani's Electronic Repair. I'm sure there are other places in your respective town.
