My USB Dongle is broken. Where can I get new USB Dongle for Microsoft Sculpt Wireless Ergonomic Mouse and Keyboard?

Hi Vetrig,

The receiver only works specifically on that keyboard and mouse combo. Getting the receiver replaced might not be possible. Check with our Microsoft Store support team regarding your concern. Use this article.

    i have the same problem, from Singapore. The CS told me that the only option is to buy a new set. What a waste for a simple part receiver broken. I changed to Logitech.

    We are a reseller of Microsoft products here in Norway. Not even as a reseller we have access to a good supportline.

    I find it totally unacceptable that Microsoft should be able to sell keyboards they can not support with spare parts. Microsoft, get your sh*t together.  Support line was of no help! Incompetent and no service!

    Buy Logitech products from now on. Easy to get a spare USB unifed receiver.

    Unfortunately so far I have not been able to solve the problem, I am trying to solder the dongle board, I recently bought a logitech mouse, it supports usb and a universal usb receiver, I believe that from now on I only opt for logitech products

    It is ridiculous that it seems to be impossible to replace dongle. However, my experience with Logitech is their dongles are absolute garbage. That's why there is a good aftermarket for their dongles.

    So, i still without solution. My keyboard is stucked only because a simple dongle that Microsoft cannot send new. Very disappoint with her posture about this.

    Hi, i'm from germany and i have exactly the same problem. both of my sculpt keyboards have the same problem now. irst they started to repeat the same key hundreds of times, then it quit working. Microsoft what's wrong with the product quality?

    How can i get a replacement dongle. I do not want to throw the keyboards in the trash, i like them!!
