@Fanzh,,,
That update had a "lot of problems" and was eventually corrected by MSFT. I "cured my problem" which did not involve an AMD processor or a new computer after trying several things.
1). I went looking for and removed my previously installed version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2). I went to the tools available to remove installed updates, and removed the KB4051613 update that was "stuck" (It was showing up in the list as already installed, even though the error was being flagged.
3). I went and downloaded the "stand alone installer" for that update.
Note: That was some time ago, and since my system is a 64bit Intel system, a subsequent upgrade to 1803, recently received another Adobe Acrobat "fix". Apparently Microsoft and Adobe are not talking to each other
very effectively at the moment. This is to be expected because the standards for HTML5 and the ones in place when Acrobat Reader was created are quite different, and Microsoft wants everyone using EDGE which handles .PDF files internally and will not invoke
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
