Cant connect to Microsoft Services

My computer has just been cleaned off and had a new hard drive replacement. Whenever I try to add a Microsoft account to log on to this cleaned laptop, it just says to check network problems. I have done this multiple times, with the troubleshooter saying nothing is wrong. I don't know what to do.

    Guys you repeat that over and over again. This is very unprofessional from you. Just give us rolback of september update. This problem is present more than a month now and Ms do nothing about that. We don't want to use Windows 10 becouse they are very unstable. We just want that bug fix NOW!!!!

    We can't afort to wait for months for a fix. We payed for your services and OS!!!! This is very rude of you MS!!!!! You don't threat your customers like that. It's so ignorant!!! What you wan't us to move to Apple or what??????

    Our engineers are working to fix this Windows 8.1 bug as one of their top priorities. As of the moment, we're still waiting for the release date of the bug fix...

    We'll post an update here once the bug fix is available.

    When you say "waiting for a release date" -

    should we expect the bug fix to be rolled out immediately, by itself, once it becomes available? 

    Or, should we expect the bug fix roll out to be delayed, as part of a larger update release? 

    I'm just trying to understand if we're talking about days, weeks, or months. It's important to me right now because my whole company is on windows 8 with the exception of 3 machines. Many of which are really struggling, so the impact serious.

    Not looking for exact dates by any means, but a ballpark would give us a much better handle on how to move forward.

    Hi,

    Our engineers are working to fix this Windows 8.1 bug as one of their top priorities. As of the moment, we're still waiting for the release date of the bug fix, so you'll have to continue using a local account in the meantime if your computer can't be upgraded to Windows 10.

    We'll post an update here once the bug fix is available.
