Im having issues with my Bose QC35, i have successfully installed (or at least i think i did it). But i cant play any sound on them, is like they are not paired at all. After a few minutes the QC35 gets off saying there is no device available.

Just to add, the QC35 are working perfectly fine with my android phone and also other laptop with Windows 10

Bluetooth Devices:

Bose QC35 Properties:

If i go to the operation windows (right click on the BT device icon)

When i go to sound devices i cant see the QC35. (same if i try from Skype, Spotify, etc)

I have already downloaded the latest driver for the bluetooth from Dell, restarted the laptop hundred of times and also contacted Bose without luck

If anybody can shed some light on this i will very gratefull

    Hi all

This solution got me sorted. I recommend anyone facing the same problem to do this. I just downloaded the intel Bluetooth driver and double clicked on my headphone and being able now to listen to my music from the BQC.

    Thanks.

    Dear Alejandro,

    I had the same problem.

I'm working on a laptop from Dell that runs 64-bit windows 7.

My solution was to install the latest "wireless bluetooth" driver of the laptop from the Dell website.

I think that the current bluetooth driver doesn't fully support the bluetooth Bose settings.

After the wirelles bluetooth driver is installed the setup is pretty straight forward.

I hope this will work for your pc.

    Kind regards,

    Steven

I've tried everything posted in this thread (yes, each and every one of them) and so far, nothing's worked.

Just like everyone else, the headphones are seen in the Devices & Printers window and recognized as Bluetooth, but the Bluetooth Peripheral Drivers can't be found.

Intel & Microsoft: can't you guys stop finger-pointing and just provide us a solution?  It shouldn't be so damned difficult or costly to do that.  And no, this won't help persuade us to upgrade our hardware or go to Win10.
