How to undo a "scheduled folder"

So, on my phone, I accidentally made one of my folders "scheduled."  Now that folder has a clock next to it's name instead of a folder icon.  I don't know what I did to make that happen.  I don't know what a "scheduled" folder is.  I don't know what benefits I get from having a "scheduled" folder, but I don't want it to be that way.  In fact, I attempted to delete the folder on the outlook.com web app, but the "scheduled" folder continues to appear on my Android Outlook (formerly Acompli) app.  

Can anyone tell me how to undo what I've done?  And can anyone point me to any documentation which would explain what a "scheduled" folder is and why I might want one?

    Finally it worked for me. I logged in into Webmail outlook of my organisation and deleted that folder having clock/scheduled mark on it. As I understand this solution does not work for everybody. Perhaps there are some specific pre-conditions or circumstances when solution works or doesn't. In anyway, I made that folder scheduled from Outlook app in Android phone. The folder was empty. I hope it helps to somebody.

    Shame on you Microsoft with all your poorly implemented functionalities and incorrectly handled object properties.

    Go to the Exchange Advance Options and go to "Scheduled". Create a folder from the [+] option and give it a name, then the new folder is going to be set as scheduled folder. Go delete the newly created folder and that should clear the "Scheduled" selection.

    I have the same issue as jeffsantos.  I can designate other folders as "scheduled" but can't rename or delete the original folder set up in error.  I messaged MS support, but doubt that will get me anywhere.  I've tried on the app, in Windows mail and online via outlook.com and can't resolve it anywhere.

    I also have this issue on my Android Outlook app. Playing around with the advanced settings now I have 3 folders with clocks next to them instead of a folder. Not sure how to remove the clock and replace it with a folder. I tried deleting the Scheduled folder in Outlook.com but it doesn't delete.
